How to book

At Durham Country Cottages, we offer holidays starting from a 3 nights stay in all 3 of our properties, and prices start from only £48 per night.

You are welcome to arrive any time after 4pm on the start day of your booking, however we kindly request you inform us of your estimated time of arrival in advance as we are a gated property. Any visitors who are not part of your original party must have prior approval from the owner.

We are happy for you to arrive earlier to drop off luggage, providing this is arranged with us ahead of time.

You must vacate the property by 10am on the last day of your visit.

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival, please review the terms and conditions prior to booking.

Once you have booked your stay you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours.
